The Nugget mobile application, this website, and all related content — including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual designs, logos, code, audio, illustrations, and the curated learning material (collectively, the "Materials") — are owned by Nugget or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries.
2. Limited license
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials for personal, non-commercial use only. No other right or license is granted, express or implied.
3. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted in writing by Nugget, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the Materials.
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Materials.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the Materials for any commercial purpose, including resale or sublicensing.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4. Third-party content & fair use
Nugget references concepts, ideas, book titles, author names, and brief quotations from third-party works for educational and commentary purposes under principles of fair use. All such trademarks, names, and copyrighted works remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the original authors or publishers.

"Nugget" and the Nugget logo are trademarks of Nugget. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners.

If you believe that material available on or through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
